Valentines Day
Just saw the Valentines Day movie (2 days before Valentine’s day) and I really liked it! Lots of big name characters in small little cutesy rolls and it just worked. It was funny, romantic, and simple.
Yes. A mish mash of different stories that make up modern love. I went in with skepticism, but it got me laughing a few times. The stories and humor were all light. Nothing too serious, vulgar, or risky. In that sense, not all believable, but definitely feel good.
See what happens when you have to drag your man to a “girl” movie…..he end’s up laughing and liking it :o)
Final Verdict
Go and see it. The movie flowed really well because of all the stories. It didn’t feel like you were sitting there forever waiting for it to end.
Matches perfectly for the audience it was made to attract - couples on valentines day. You won’t find anything amazing in this movie, but it will do what the studios wanted and give you a reason to spend some cash at the movies on valentines day. Any other day and this movie is a rental.
