Obama = Bush
I was a little surprised that the $1.6 trillion estimated national budget and estimated increase to the national debt rising $10 trillion over the next 10 years has not gotten much air time on the news. In fact, I have only seen it posted online and even then I still had to look for it. Ted Kennedy’s death is dominating the political air waves. So here is a little political cartoon I did since the coverage seems so lacking.
Geeks will understand the play on “All your base are belong to us.” The rest of you will just have to google it.
Please don’t misunderstand my political views based on the cartoon above. Bush did the exact same thing as Obama in regards to the national debt. In fact, it hasn’t mattered which party was in control, the debt has increased every year with exception to a little period with Clinton.
The healthcare debate is also troubling to me. One thing people keep saying is that the government can run it cheaper. Really? One word - Medicare.
