Quick Trip
Hello
Cade and I went down to Steven’s Point Friday after work and met up with Staci and Ashley from High School. I love my friends; they are so trendy!! Gosh, after seeing them in their awesome boots, I was tempted to get a pair for myself!
It was nice to get out for a night though. We went out to an “Asian Bistro” for dinner then off to the New Moon flick :o) I think we were the oldest ones there, besides moms bringing their 10 year old girls to see Jacob shirtless! (I had a cougarish moment, not going to deny it, he was pretty cute).
Staci’s studio apartment was nice. And she even let me have the bed!! So nice of her!! Now I feel bad cause when she was over, I had her sleep on the couch! :o( Well the next time she visits, I have a bed up now in the spare bedroom so that will be better!!
Saturday we left after eating breakfast at Al’s diner (the decor in there was funny.) We went to Wausau and shopped a little bit. I bought a lamp from Target (thank you Jess!) We also got a membership @ Sam’s Club so I loaded up on food, cat supplies, and elf stockings for christmas! I couldn’t pass them up!!
Today we went to church, then I headed to Tipler for Sunday dinner homemade by Ma. Sooooo delicious!!! Oh and she sent me home with leftovers….oh yes!! The best part was the conversation and of course…the pistachio dessert. mmmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmm. My new favorite!
