Purchasing a house, a big step!
My first blog post is on “buying” a house…scary!. There is a lot to know and I feel so dumb in this area. Even the legal lingo is throwing me off! So far I’ve toured a house that I like and that is in good condition. Tomorrow I’ll be signing the papers to put an offer in. In the meantime, I’ll be waiting on my mortgage application from the Credit Union to see if I can even get financing for this. I’m stressing over not having my offer in soon enough and if it will even be accepted. Then, in the next thought, I’m stressing over if I am accepted, “How am I going to pay for it and the added responsibility that comes with it?” I can’t win. :o)

Don’t worry babe. If it’s meant to be it will happen. I’ll be there to help you out too. The money stuff can get stressful, but between the both of us it will be just fine.
For anyone that does not know. Ashley and I are not doing this together at this time as she is trying to get some of the Obama bucks (her word, not mine) for being a first time home buyer. I do not qualify for the tax credit.
